Browser limits vary, and the estimate below is only a guide. JSON backups include client and lead attachments.
Simple backup habit: export a backup now, then again after any work session where you add or change important client details, documents, or screenshots. Keep a copy somewhere private (for example, your own Google Drive folder). Always export before changing devices or clearing browser data.
